The ever popular Shrewsbury Regatta is a major fixture in
many rowing club’s calendars. Attracting entries spread from
Glasgow to the Thames the regatta is particularly popular with university crews looking for a fun weekend. “From a business point of view…” says Peter Riches, managing director of BeVivid, one of the region’s leading e-business solutions companies, “this is an ideal venue to network with other businesses in the area and enjoy the beautiful River Severn. A quality lunch was served to all sponsors and the Pimms and lemonade flowed all afternoon.
