Role: Admin / Accounts Assistant Position

Contract: Full time - 40 hours per week

Salary: £14,000 per annum

Start date: Immediate

We are looking for an Admin / Accounts assistant to join our dynamic and enthusiastic Internet Consultancy team. As the successful candidate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, so a confident phone manner and a professional appearance are essential. You will also be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Managing Director with other general office duties. Experience in using Sage Line 50 is essential as you will be responsible for creating invoices on our system and updating clients' accounts. You will be based at our offices in picturesque Condover, near Shrewsbury. This will be a great opportunity for you to gain experience and further your knowledge in an administration / accounting role, with particular regard to the web design industry.

Essential Skills:
• Good communication skills
• Smart appearance
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in using Sage Line 50
