Sage integration for ecommerce websites

Sage integration can make easy work of e-commerce websites and lead generation websites. Our recent projects include an online trade ordering system integrating with Sage 50 which includes a telesales ordering facility. And a sophisticated online stock control system integrating with Sage 200.

One of the biggest drawbacks of having an e-commerce website is having to maintain your product details and stock levels - both on your website and your accounting system. In addition, re-keying the orders from your website into your accounting system is time-consuming and prone to errors.

We have come a long way since 2004 when we were asked to integrate our first e-commerce website into Sage. At that time we had to outsource the integration part to “specialist gurus” who never really hit the mark and consistently exceeded budgets and upset our clients. The good news was 2 years ago when Sage purchased Protx. Recently even better news - Protx has been renamed Sage Pay. So there has never been a better time to take a serious look at your e-commerce strategy and consider Sage Integration.

E-commerce

BeVivid has launched two bespoke web applications that integrate with a back-end Sage 50 and Sage 200 accounting system, in real-time. This software allows you to administer your product catalogue and stock control. Your website will access the product prices and availability directly from Sage and the orders from your store are automatically entered into your Sage system. It could not be easier.

Stock control

Sage integration is made for e-commerce websites but the opportunities do not stop there. One of our clients does not trade online but has asked us to build a password protected area to show stock control of bespoke items made for particular clients to reduce stock holding and lead times.
