BeVivid Website Management System 201x

At BeVivid, we like to push the boundaries when it comes to website functionality and usability. Web technology has come a long way since we built our first Website Management System (WMS) in 2004, and we’ve strived to stay one step ahead.

To maintain our presence at the forefront of internet development, we have recently launched the BeVivid Website Management System 201x – a new web control panel for a new generation of websites.

Over a year in development, WMS 201x has been re-designed and re-built from scratch to incorporate the latest user-friendly, easy-to-use tools, security features and SEO techniques.



WMS 201x is based on a robust website platform that our developers have created to meet the demands of our wide and varied client base. From car dealerships to hairdressers, toy shops to accountants, promotional lip balm to estate agents, heavy plant machinery to property rental in Spain - all can benefit from the powerful and intuitive WMS 201x platform.

Ease of Use

Of paramount importance is the way that our users interact with WMS 201x. We know that a major factor in determining whether or not a website succeeds is the frequency and accuracy with which it is updated – customers like it, search engines like it – everyone wins! But if your content management system is clunky, cluttered and overbearing, updating your site can seem like a real drag. That’s why we’ve made WMS 201x our most user-friendly platform yet. In fact, we’d stick our necks out and say that it’s the easiest-to-use content management system we’ve ever seen.

If you can’t update your website quickly, you’re not going to want to do it regularly – we’re all busy and the last thing we want to do is plough through pages upon pages of settings to get to what we want to edit on our websites. That’s why we’ve built WMS 201x to get you to where you want to go in as few clicks as possible.

Dashboard – Our interactive website dashboard contains links to all the recent activity on your website so that you can get to the stuff that matters to you, fast.

Rapid Order Management –Quickly change the status of an order placed through your website, print a packing slip, e-mail your client – everything you need within reach.

Lots of Features

Our clients are an innovative and creative lot. We’re often being asked if we can add this feature or build that tool into our WMS, so we’ve constructed the new system in a way that lets you benefit from our other customers’ requests – we can offer you new modules that we’ve created for WMS 201x as and when they become available. That said, the base WMS 201x package already contains everything you need, and plenty more, to get your website off and running straight out of the box.

Product Manager – Import, export and batch-edit the products in your online shop with our fully-featured Product Manager. This really takes the pain out of keeping your online catalogue up-to-date.

Integrated Help System – You can access our support database and ticketing system directly from your WMS 201x control panel, so wherever you are, you’re only a couple of clicks from our support team.



Updatability

In our industry it’s unavoidable that bugs will crop up from time to time. It’s also unavoidable that next year there’ll be a new web browser released that will refuse to work with the code you wrote last year – it’s the nature of the beast. That’s why we wrote WMS 201x to be easily updateable by our developers, whether it’s fresh off the shelf or five years old.

Common Code Base – All our installations of WMS 201x use the same platform, which can be updated across all our sites in one smooth process.

Regular Updates – Keep an eye on the version number in your WMS control panel – you’ll often see it creeping up as we release new features, security updates and add-on modules for your system.

Security

Security threats abound on the World Wide Web, so it pays to be one step ahead of the game when it comes to defending what’s yours. WMS 201x is built to protect your site from cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks, SQL injection, and various other malicious techniques that are designed to disrupt your site, inconvenience your users and steal your data.

User Management – Grant access to the WMS control panel only to users who you want to have it, assign them permission levels and log their activity in the system for full accountability.
